March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality. We work to achieve our mission through research, community services, education and advocacy. In California, the March of Dimes currently funds over $14 million in healthy baby research and programs.
